Founding Principles

COME AS YOU ARE

You don't have to already live these principles to belong here. This is who we become — together.

Iron Eagle isn't a test you pass to get in. It's the place you come to grow into this. Wherever you are on the path — day one or year ten — you have a place at this gym. Come as you are. We'll walk it with you.

THE IRON EAGLE CODE: FOUNDING PRINCIPLES

Radical Accountability — We stop blaming the substance, the circumstances, the system. We accept we are the problem, which gives us the power to be the solution.

The Pain of Growth — Like the Mythic Iron Eagle plucking its feathers, we embrace the temporary discomfort of the Iron to ensure a lifetime of strength.

Ego-Transcendence — We leave our pride at the door. We aren't training to look better than someone else; we are training to be better than the person we were yesterday.

Resilience Over Redemption — It doesn't matter where you've been — a boardroom, a street corner, or a prison cell. What matters is the direction you are flying now.

Sovereignty of the Self — We train to be masters of our own bodies and minds. We move from being held by our habits to being held by our discipline.

Nobody Flies Alone — We don't just carry our own weight — we spot each other's. The strength you build here isn't only for you; it's here to lift the person training next to you. We rise as a flock.

GYM RULES: THE LAWS OF THE NEST

Respect the Iron — The weights are the tools of your rebirth. Treat them, the facility, other members, and yourself with unwavering respect. Put your weights away.

Check the Ego at the Threshold — There is no room for posturing here. We are all in a state of transformation. Be humble in your win and honest in your struggles.

No Victim Mindsets — We all have a choice, moment by moment. We don't make excuses or look for shortcuts. We are here by choice, and we work with purpose.

Finish the Flight — The last rep is where the ego wants to quit — and that's exactly where the rebirth happens. Re-racking your plates and weights is how you know the work is done.

Silence the Noise — This is a space for focus. Minimize distractions. Within these walls, your only mission is the work in front of you.

Leave the Old Feathers Behind — Whatever weight you carried before you walked in — shame, guilt, or fear — let the iron strip it away. You leave here lighter than you arrived.

Training Is the Priority — Phones and filming are allowed, but never at the expense of you or another member's training.
